Arlandastad Holding AB is a real estate development company that presently owns approximately 170 hectares of land in the Arlandastad area. The Company's business is building, owning and leasing real estate for activities within and surrounding Arlandastad. This is accomplished through the commercial business development of the area.
 
There is also a series of subsidiary companies within Arlandastad Holding AB. Assets include detail-planned vacant land to the northeast of Arlandastad; vacant land without the concluding detail plans (but a well prepared outline); and also the Motor Town areas: a trading place for cars and car items placed close to the E4.
